These working drawings, ideal for residential remodeling projects, include a PDF file; printed copies are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost of $2.00 per page. Plan Credit
Upon completion of the building project, 1% of the overall cost up to the cost of the plans can be credited back to the customer at final construction invoicing, only if we are chosen as the General Contractor or Construction Manager for a project that we have created plans for.
